LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Nu -Way Laundromat/ Pop Laundry Lockers is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged clothing or personal items.
- Items left unattended in machines or anywhere on the premises.
- Damage to garments from machines, detergents, water, or any other source.
- Damage due to customer error, misuse of machines, or failure to follow fabric care instructions.
- Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or cross-contamination from shared equipment.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged clothing or personal items.
🧼 USE OF EQUIPMENT
- Machines are available first come, first served.
- Do not overload washers or dryers—this can damage your clothing and the equipment. Dryers are clearly marked with fill line, do not go above fill line.
- Do not use dye, bleach tablets, or flammable substances in any machines.
- Do not wash bath mats, drop cloths, car or boat covers, carpets or rugs, tems with metal buckles or hardware, items with excessive pet hair, oil, grease or other solvents, wax. Check all pockets prior to placing items into the machine.
- Remove your clothes promptly when cycles are finished. Abandoned items may be removed and discarded.
- Report any malfunctioning machines immediately by calling 724-252-8801.
🧺 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- Check all pockets before using machines. We are not liable for damage from pens, gum, lighters, electronics, or other items left in clothing.
- Sort your laundry and check for items requiring special care. Machines are not designed for dry-clean-only or hand-wash-only garments.
- Do not leave children unattended. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children's safety and behavior.
- Customers are expected to clean up after themselves and treat the space and other patrons with respect.
- Do to the possibility of allergens , we are a pet free facility.
☣️ PROHIBITED MATERIALS
- Do not wash or dry clothing contaminated with:
- Blood, bodily fluids, chemicals, oils, wax, cooking grease or hazardous materials.
- Such items pose a biohazard risk and are strictly prohibited.
- Blood, bodily fluids, chemicals, oils, wax, cooking grease or hazardous materials.
- If such contamination is discovered, your laundry may be disposed of without notice.
- Materials places in washing machines causing damage to laundromat property will result in legal action and a recoupment of cost to fix the machine.
🧼 DETERGENTS & ALLERGENS
- Machines are shared. We do not guarantee fully allergen-free conditions.
- Customers with sensitivities must take appropriate precautions.
- Hypoallergenic detergent is not provided in self-service. Customers must bring their own.
🎥 SECURITY & CONDUCT
- Security cameras are in use. By entering, you consent to being recorded.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately, threatening others, or damaging property.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
🕒 CLOSING POLICY
- Please plan to finish your laundry before closing time. Doors will be automatically closed, patrons will not be permitted on property after last wash. Do not leave your clothing in the washer or dryer unattended after last wash as facility may close early.
- Items left after closing may be removed, discarded, or donated at the owner’s discretion.
